Artisan Mfg. Limited is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30days of the ship date WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked! No restocking fees!
 
RETURNS IN 3 EASY STEPS
1) Email at Support@ArtisanMfg.Ltd with your order number to receive your return authorization. DO NOT ship back products without authorization through the return process. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
2) Your return must be in the identical condition as when you received it. All tags must be intact, and include the manufacturer’s packaging.

CONDITION OF RETURNS
Items purchased in new condition, must be returned to us in new condition - Unused and Re-sellable - within 30 days of the original ship date. This means, if the item was used, even once, it is no longer in new condition and not returnable. Ensure the tags are intact and return the original manufacturer's packaging.
 
We do not accept any returns after 30days from ship date.
 
DAMAGED, WRONG, or MISSING ITEMS
Believe it or not, express service isn’t perfect, nor are we. We value the quality of our products and services, so we check the products twice and pack them ourselves before sending the package.
In the rare occasion you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, immediately email us at Support@ArtisanMfg.Ltd We will actively deal with such incidents, and we also need your help.
1) If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days after delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue..
2) Please take pictures of the item with the defect and email it to us so that I can submit it to our technical director and after she checks and agrees, we will add the new one to your next order for free.
3) If we are unable to authenticate. All items must be returned in their original condition in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange of goods. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. However, to compensate the customer for the loss, through our evaluation, we will give you some extra discount on your next order.
 
WARRANTY ITEMS
All new items include the manufacturer warranties.  Manufacturer warranties do vary by manufacturer and typically normal wear or misuse is excluded.
 
EXCHANGES
We ship internationally, the shipping rate is expensive, please read the product details and terms carefully before placing your order.
Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless products are defective, wrong.
 
REFUNDS
Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have opted for a refund via the original payment method, please allow up to 7 business days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 7 days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.
 
RETURN or CANCELLATION Policy with Cooling-off Period (time frame in which the customer can return the purchased item without any explanation)
To cancel an order, please contact Artisan Mfg. as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
 
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should bear the shipping cost. The exact cost should be based on the courier company you choose. If the merchandise received is damaged or incorrect due to us, and the consumer is not responsible for the shipping cost for this reason. Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returns.
